Roasted Cauliflower

This is by far one of my favorite vegetables.  It’s so easy to make and tastes amazing!


Ingredients:
Minced Garlic
2 Talebspoons Olive OIl
1 head of Cauliflower cut into florets
salt and pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 450. Mix garlic, olive oil and cauliflower together until fully coated.  Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes stirring a few times.  Top with fresh parsley.Try also topping with fresh grated parmesan cheese.  Broil for the last 2-3 mintues

  1. ooohhhh I am not a cauliflower fan but I love olive oil and garlic. Maybe it will be enough to disguise the cauliflower taste. HAHA. I’ll have to make these soon!
